We want you to be happy with what you buy from LearnBids. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for each type of purchase. It sits alongside your statutory rights as a UK/EU consumer, which are not affected by this policy.
Self-paced courses
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course (measured by lessons marked complete). After 14 days, or once more than 25% has been completed, the purchase is non-refundable.
Live events, workshops and cohort-based courses
- Cancel more than 14 days before the event start date — full refund.
- Failure to attend — non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a colleague at no charge (please give us the name and email at least 24 hours before the event).
- If we cancel or reschedule an event, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer.
Bid writing and consultancy services
Bid reviews, bid writing and managed-bid engagements are governed by the specific statement of work in your booking confirmation. Because we allocate senior practitioners to your bid on short notice, cancellations after work has commenced are billed for time already delivered. Where a piece of work has not yet started, we will refund in full any amounts you have prepaid.
Corporate agreements
Corporate training and licence agreements are governed by the specific commercial terms in your contract with LearnBids. Please contact your account owner or hello@learnbids.com.
How to request a refund
Email hello@learnbids.com from the address on your order, telling us what you bought and why you're cancelling. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the right to a refund where the service is not as described, not performed with reasonable care and skill, or otherwise falls short of what the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent laws require. Consumers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal should note that once you access digital course content, you agree the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to the portion consumed.
