These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LearnBids website, the LearnBids Academy (the "Platform"), and the training, events and consultancy services we provide (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a course or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us as soon as possible if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. Enrolment, purchases and pricing
Prices for courses, events, memberships and services are shown on the relevant page and are inclusive of VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, pricing errors, or breach of these Terms.
3. Access to digital content
Once you have enrolled, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course materials for the duration stated on the course page (or, where not stated, for as long as the course remains published on the Platform). You may not share your login, publish course materials, or use them to run competing training.
4. Live sessions, events and consultancy
For live events and consultancy engagements, the specific dates, deliverables and rescheduling rules are set out in the booking confirmation or statement of work. We may substitute trainers or reschedule where reasonably necessary.
5. Certificates and CPD
Certificates confirm completion of a LearnBids course; they are not a professional qualification and do not guarantee accreditation with any external body unless expressly stated on the course page.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy. UK/EU consumers have statutory cancellation rights which are not affected by these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, workbooks, assessments and website content are owned by LearnBids or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use materials for your personal learning only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or use materials to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting other users, uploading unlawful content, or misrepresenting your identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
9. Warranties and liability
The Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, LearnBids excludes all implied warranties. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in the country where they reside.
